Toxics are sprayed onto the food we eat, in the packaging and storage of our food, they are in the environment we breathe and the cosmetics we use. Toxins and toxics slow down and put stress on your bodys natural defences to protect itself against these. There are, thankfully, precautions that can be made. Detoxing is an important tool to help your body function at its best. It is a process that cant be dangerous if done without the correction knowledge and guidelines, consulting your doctor and getting advise from a professional is always advised.

With the recent media and knowledge about our impact on the environment, now is better than ever to make a change. It is known how human activity has affected our planet and our eco systems. However it is still not well known the impact that our waste has on our health. Plastic waste and chemicals in food and beauty products can be extremely toxic. By making gradual small changes to use more sustainable products. This not only has positive effects on the environment but also drastically improves your health and can reduce toxin exposure


The Detox Therapy programme is available for our Pilates clients as an addition to Pilates. This allows our clients access a more holistic approach to understand even more about their bodies when it comes to their health and wellbeing- inside and out.

We start by assessing your lifestyle and dietary habits, this gives us knowledge on your current detox capacity. Meaning how efficient your immune system is at trying to eliminate toxins from your body. This is important because we have base line to measure improvements and progression. Then, from those results we assess which Detox plan is the most appropriate for you and guide you through the plan and the process. 

We keep in touch throughout the plan and you have access to plan guidelines, food and sleep diaries; to keep track of your process. As well as access to ingredient lists of foods to look out for, which foods to avoid and some useful healthier alternatives!
